If you have any questions, please let us know via email, denong1@biznetvigator.com. We will respond to your inquiry Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM UTC time, excluding holidays.
For your health and safety, all products sold are non-returnable.
If tea or food is damaged during transportation due to no fault of the customer, the original damaged product will be returned to Denong Tea.
Refunds can only be made in the original currency.

Unless the return is due to shipping damage, product failure, or in the event of shipping damage to Denong Tea, our orders are insured and it is the Postal Service's policy to investigate all claims.

Shipping policy :

Shipping fee: Cash on delivery by recipient, limited to Hong Kong local orders.

Order Status: Your order will be shipped within one to three business days of placement, depending on the number of orders we are processing. We will try our best to complete your order in a timely manner. If you do not receive the item, please contact us and we will track it for you.
